Really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Special service, even though a few employees were really slow. The hotel's location was great, near the nearby Puerto Portals, which has a good selection of restaurants, the sea and downtown and many historical sights. Found time to see a marine amusement park, that's within a close distance from the property.

Had an incredible stay with my kids, we spent 3 nights here, everything was first-class. The breakfast was great and the service was exceptional. The staff were amicable and attentive and the location was particularly good easy to take a walk on the beach outside. Plus, it was near Michelin restaurants, taxis, and the airport.

Our grand deluxe king room was complete with garden view, a PlayStation, as example. Having a roll-in shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet was a bonus. The location was good - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go.

The place was true luxury and special and the staff were service-minded, the location was best possible easy to take a walk on the beach outside. The room we stayed in was brand-new and beautifully maintained with garden view, a PlayStation, comfortable beds. The stay was absolutely special.
