By and large, it was cosy base for sightseeing in Playa de Muro, had much fun and met extremely great and welcoming staff from managers to waiters. We truly enjoyed the convenience of the prestige double room in picture on left. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide range of meals.

The location it has close enough to a beautiful clean sandy beach, water slides and cartoon sea creatures around a couple of children's pools, great fun and plenty of sun beds and lots of outdoor relaxing areas, overlooking the pools or around the outside bar or overlooking the beach, also lovely big comfy settees and chairs, tables and chairs in front /side of sports bar is lovely and good. We stayed in a family queen room with a smaller terrace. The room had a private safe, a mini bar and a sofa bed plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The overall atmosphere was family, nonetheless some staff members were not particularly helpful. The hotel had a stunning and particularly good position, friendly in most areas.

We loved the entire resort, including service and rooms. We would definitely recommend the hotel. If you don't want to go far from the property, try Leon Rojo, which is 200 m away. Stay in this hotel if you wish to explore hidropark.

We visited el tabal restaurante, set only 500 m away. The entire experience was PLEASANT. The hotel was situated adjacent to the placa de ses fotges bus stop, just 5 minutes walking distance.
