Great service, though a few employees where not very friendly. The stocked and compact room had all the necessary facilities, a refrigerator, climate control, and an individual safe. The breakfast had variety of food, including brilliant eggs, cereals, and fruit.

The location of the hotel was quiet and decent - a 10-15 minute walk from Mallorca Wellness Spa. The room was well stocked and modern with double bed and they provided wake-up service when I asked.

Appreciated our stay. Had a wonderful stay on the service provided and the lack of choice at lunch time. The location was particularly good, 10 km to Palma de Mallorca airport, perfectly reachable. The hotel was set in a very pleasant area. We were at the twin room, it had magnificent view. The breakfast was excellent, the choice of eggs, cereal, and fruit.

The hotel was great value and great looking and the food was good. The room we had included coffee and a storage. The staff was efficient, excellent, and responded promptly to requests. It was good time in Playa de Palma. Loved how great value and luxury the property was. Cereal, fruit, and eggs were good. The location for Playa de Palma was peaceful, not far from Palma and airport, the lovely beach and shops and shopping centers. Great to be 400 metres away from Burger King, enjoyed our meal there.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - around 10-15 minutes walk from Palma Aquarium. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was sensational with ice cream and in the fridge.
