The room was big size, had a fairly clean bathroom. We had garden view. The location for El Arenal was quiet and good, not far from Majorka, beech, and supermarket nearby.
Some people working there were very rude.

Everything was fantastic, the room was soundproof and clean with fresh towels, balcony, for example. The setting was particularly good, short walk to Majorka, the airport and all the main roads and the restaurants.

The hotel was spotless and the pool was very clean. The food was fantastic with a wide array of options. The staff were exceptionally attentive and competent and know their duties. The location was quiet and excellent for me, close to the airport. And it was also right by nice restaurants, supermarket, and Majorka.
