The hotel was in a central setting directly at the promenade. Moreover, it's close enough to port and marina, the centre and beach, city centre, ferry. The room we had included central heating and a multi-channel television. We had sea view.

The staff is helpful and amiable, an absolute asset to this the place. The location is prime, near to the center, a restaurant, and a park on the adjacent street, you cannot beat it. Also, it's located 2 km from Cleveleys Front Promenade.

Everything is really good here, had a really lovely stay for a night. The units are bright, nicely decorated with bathroom. The hotel staff is pleasant and amazingly nice. The setting is marvellous and magnificent, near to central, the island and the port of alcudia shops restaurants on the doorstep.

Booked single room, that was provided with a beautiful view, shower and double bed. The location was prime - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Besides, the hotel was 2 km away from a family-friendly water park.

Only stayed 2 nights, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this reasonably priced and quiet hotel. Decent central location near the promenade by the harbour. Also, a friendly water park was 2 km away.
The staff were not so helpful, didn't expect that coming.

Had 1 night in Port de Alcudia, spending our time here lovely. The location of the property was perfect as we were near to another "cafe " who knew nothing of the arrangement, the port of Alcudia and restaurants on the doorstep. Besides, it was 1 km away from a sand beach. Liked nicely decorated double room with seaview, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

Our deluxe queen room was complete with a very nice view and private bathroom plus seaview. Shower facilities and bath sheets were available there. The hotel had brilliant location close to Port d'Alcudia facing the marina and the port.
