The pool area was lovely and the location was quiet, really close to the historical city center, the seafront and Port and bus stops to the airport. Also, it was at a moderate distance from Gomila Square. The total experience was pleasant, I would recommend.
The staff were quite rude, didn't expect that coming.

The queen room with bathroom, facilities worked for us. The venue was in a central location just off the Old Town and tantalizing Palme de Mallorca. Also, the distance to a Gothic - style castle was only 1 km.
