It was as expected, had a very special stay on vacation-totally easy and relaxed. All the staff was very very helpful and attentive, fixed my issues.

Had a fabulous stay here. It was an absolutely great hotel in a great area, so close to really good shops and restaurants, a taxi and the Cathedral of Palma. The room was not only beautiful, but comfy too, and had a mini bar, a sofa bed, and central heating. Its service was excellant.

The place was fabulous and stylish, we enjoyed it. All the staff were dedicated, amiable. The location was great and perfect, close to Passeig del Born Avenue. Furthermore, the area was crowded. Spent here 2 amazing days and would definitely come back there.

Sensational breakfast was the best, I truly enjoyed it. Really kind and nice staff did a great job. The hotel's location was marvellous and lovely, so close to the center of town and the Cathedral and other places of interest.

Marvellous location just next door to trendy Santa Catalina, the waterfront/marinas of Palma and restaurants, beach and shopping. Also, in walking distance to Palma Old Town as well as to the Port.

The hotel is charming small and clean, nestled in a really nice building with stunning view of marina and cathedral. The property is in the central location in the centre of Santa Calina. Also, it is close enough to the marina and the old town, and the Cathedral and other places of interest.

The staff were attentive and a hot breakfast was provided. The room was well-equipped and tastefully decorated and had a personal safe, climate control, and a mini-bar. The location of this wonderful small and stylish hotel was stunning, near to the beautiful bars around cathedral. It was also close to restaurants, beach and shopping, Santa Catalina, and the waterfront / marinas of Palma.

the room was reasonably large with cathedral-modern designer quality, a modern bathroom plus a french balcony, great service. the best thing was how dedicated and excellent the staff were. the venue was in a central location next to palma cathedral and the harbour area. santa catalina district was worth exploring.

Location: the hotel was right by the Palma center, the harbour and cathedral, and downtown. The breakfast was nice hot and outstanding and with great view, the staff was dedicated! The service was all in all friendly.

The hotel is STYLISH - big rooms and amazing beds. Venue's waitress helped us a lot! Moreover, free Wi-Fi was great. Adjacent to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.
