Every single thing was fantastic. The room was stocked with a balcony, and the breakfast was freshly prepared. Every staff member was extraordinary service-minded and highly professional. The location was best possible and reasonable, you can visit el Tub by walking. We had a few soft drinks in the good hotel's bar.

I enjoyed the huge room, and the magnificent view to the mountains which overlook Palma. A shower, a hairdryer and guest toiletries were very handy. The staff was fast. It had marvellous location with access to Palma Port nearby. The airport was 0.5 km away.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not always friendly.
