Everything was more than great, I felt safe in this family-friendly hotel. The carbonated drinks in poolside bar were very welcome. Spent here 4 good days and would use them next time.

The location was marvellous and quiet, for example, Molino de Santa Ponsa was not too far away from the hotel. It took us 15 minutes' walk to reach downtown, and the staff were excellent. Our studio was neat on the top floors.

The bedroom was spotless and immaculate. It had a comfy bed and included a bright bathroom a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The hotel had a very central position short walk to shops, bars, restaurants where food and drinks is much cheaper, Santa Ponca, and hill. I ate in the poolside restaurant nearby.

I loved this family-friendly hotel and stayed for 4 nights here. Comforts of queen studio with a much better ac unit were fabulous. Stay here was very enjoyable, I didn't feel like leaving.

The place is wonderful and fairly clean, everything is brand-new, it should have higher than 4 star rating. The staff is incredibly welcoming and pleasant and accommodates all of guests' needs. 26 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to the square for all the entertainment.
